tellent Accountability Group – Registration Open
Feb 06th, 2018
What is tellent Accountability Group?
The tellent Accountability Group is a five-session guided program to help you clarify your goals, develop your job search skills and build your confidence in a small group setting.
The group is made up of a maximum of six women in similar places in their lives that are striving for similar goals. This is a judgment-free zone where we can ask foolish questions, leverage each other’s energy and brainstorm solutions together in a guided format.
This is a soft launch of the group and only open to tellent group members. The commitment is five one-hour sessions held weekly by conference call.
Below is a brief outline of the sessions:
- Getting clear on your goals
- Identifying your skills and understanding your value
- How to tell your story and build an effective resume
- Job search strategies
- Commitment to change – develop your plan forward
We will guide you through the process of change (career transition), support and encourage you and ultimately hold you accountable for achieving the goals that you set out for yourself.
The sessions will be facilitated by Allison Lockett and supported by Jennifer Hargreaves.
The program launches on Tuesday March 6th at noon and will be held every Tuesday thereafter for the following five weeks. We will take a break for the week of March break.
The cost for tellent members is $49.99
The program is delivered through Zoom, a secure and private portal that you can dial into from wherever you are (you literally click a button to launch it from your computer). A Facebook messenger group will also be set up for mid-weekly discussions, sharing and support.
