I have been working in the career coaching space since February 2016 after spending 25+ years working downtown searching for work that I loved. It turns out I love helping people sort through what matters most to them when it comes to their careers, and then working on the practical matters of CV building, networking, interviewing and negotiating.

I help women figure out leadership. There's a reason why there are thousands of books on leadership - it's most definitely an art and less of a science. A one and done approach to upskilling in this department is simply not enough. A coach is the best way for a new leader to get ongoing support. Let's not reinvent the wheel - learn from those who have gone before!
