I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and am trained in both mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping used by high performers like Whoopi Goldberg, Jack Canfield and members of the Olympic teams.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Honors from Queens University and worked in financial services for nearly 10 years. I am a life-long learner and have take continuing education classes in positive psychology and mindfulness.
