What is tellent Accountability Group?
The tellent Accountability Group brings together women in career transition to tackle their biggest goals.
In this intimate group experience, each participant explores and fully owns her version of success, then moves toward it. This group will help you clarify your goals, develop your plan, and build your skills and confidence through support and curated resources that meet you where you are.
You will walk away from this program with greater self-awareness and massive momentum to move forward in the career direction you choose.
Who is it for?
The group is made up of a maximum of six women in similar places in their lives that are striving for similar goals. This is a judgment-free zone where we can ask questions, leverage each other’s energy and brainstorm solutions together in a guided format.
Whether you’re on maternity leave, between jobs or actively working, you’re in career transition if you’re feeling the pull to make a change in your work life.
“The accountability group provided a forum to speak openly and collaboratively with like-minded women” – Group member
What can I expect?
Each person will come with their own goals and be on their own accountability journey, supported by the other members and facilitator of the group.
Resources and support will be customized and curated based on the individual and collective needs of the group, and may include:
- Reclaiming / redefining your identity through career transition
- Getting clear on your goals
- Identifying your skills and understanding your value
- How to tell your story and communicate your personal brand
- HR expert tips for your resume, LinkedIn profile and cover letters
- Brushing up on networking and interview skills
- Job search strategies
- Commitment – developing your plan forward
“Over the group’s run, members took meaningful actions and found their way to greater clarity about what’s next, a change in job direction, a new job, etc.” – Group member
We will guide you through the process of change, support and encourage you and ultimately hold you accountable for achieving the goals that you set out for yourself.
What is the format?
The program takes place over five one-hour sessions held weekly by online video conference call.
The program is delivered through Zoom, a secure and private portal that you can dial into from wherever you are (you literally click a button to launch it from your computer).
A Facebook messenger group will also be set up for mid-weekly discussions, sharing and support.
