What is tellent Accountability Group?
The tellent Accountability Group is a five-session guided program to help you prepare you for a career transition by clarifying your goals, developing your job search skills and building your confidence in a small group setting.
You will walk away from this program with a customized road map to help you achieve the goals that you set out at the beginning.
The group is made up of a maximum of six women in similar places in their lives that are striving for similar goals. This is a judgment-free zone where we can ask foolish questions, leverage each other’s energy and brainstorm solutions together in a guided format.
The commitment is five one-hour sessions held weekly by conference call.
Each person will be on their own accountability journey, supported by the other members and facilitator of the group. Resources and support will be customized and curated based on the individual and collective needs of the group, and may include:
- Reclaiming / redefining your identity through career transition
- Getting clear on your goals
- Identifying your skills and understanding your value
- How to tell your story and communicate your personal brand
- Job search strategies
- Commitment – develop your plan forward
We will guide you through the process of change, support and encourage you and ultimately hold you accountable for achieving the goals that you set out for yourself.
The sessions will be facilitated by Allison Lockett and supported by Jennifer Hargreaves.
Our next accountability group will start in January 2019.
The cost for tellent members is $97.00
The program is delivered through Zoom, a secure and private portal that you can dial into from wherever you are (you literally click a button to launch it from your computer). A Facebook messenger group will also be set up for mid-weekly discussions, sharing and support.
